1. Snapseed
Before placing a filter to your photo, you first need to make the picture brighter with Snapseed.
- Download Snapseed
- Tap Tools

Tap Tune Image

Edit: Ambiance, Highlights, and Shadows (in that order). Then, edit Saturation, Contrast, and Brightness (optional)
2. Tezza App
After editing your photo with Snapseed, add a filter with Tezza App.
- Download Tezza App

Choose the filter that you like for your photo
- On Settings, edit “Highlights” and “Temperature”
Save it! Now you have a more attractive and brighter photo to post on Instagram!
